Terms of Reference – members are asked to consider the attached existing terms of reference so we can decide if they are either still fit for purpose or if recommend that they should be updated in light of the development of the Forum over the past year.
Election of Steering Group – to elect a steering group to act on its behalf between meetings to facilitate the progression of the work. This group will focus on facilitating the process, ensuring participation and overseeing a timetable of work. They will bring recommendations/ key decisions on policy to the main Forum. The Forum may appoint a chairperson[s].

Nominations for Chair/Co-chairs and steering group members are invited. Members indicated * are willing to continue, subject to re-election.
Selection of grants panel
Nominations are invited for ECF Full members to serve as members on the grant making panel. You must be prepared to serve for the whole year – please see the (draft) grant making decision making process: ECF grants panel terms of reference final draft. Panel members will be drawn by lot to meet the make-up of the panel.
